To Whom It May Concern:

  Bill Tonnesen volunteered for me through the YWCA from September 2015 to 
  mid-February 2016. During that time he coordinated the Computer Lab at the 
  Gresham Senior Center. Bill helped seniors and others figure out how to use a
  computer, set up email and/or Facebook accounts and showed them how to 
  navigate the internet. Sometimes he would help trouble shoot problems with 
  someone's personal computer or help people figure out how to use their tablets 
  or smartphones. He helped me with required record keeping of the people using 
  the Computer Lab and kept me informed of any issues that I should be aware of.

  As with any people oriented position, Bill sometimes had to use his skills to 
  smooth over conflicts between people coming in to use the Computer Lab. Bill 
  was patient and approachable. His friendly, faithful service allowed us to serve a 
  lot more people and I received many expressions of thanksgiving from grateful 
  people receiving his help.

  I highly recommend Bill as a dedicated, knowledgeable worker. He would be 
  an asset to any organization. Please feel free to call me if you need more
